JVS will host its second annual Trade Secrets fundraiser on Thursday, March 18 at 6 p.m. at the Townsend Hotel in Birmingham. The event is being headlined by photojournalist Linda Solomon who has photographed some of the most famous personalities of our time. During the event, Solomon will share some of her personal experiences and photographic trade secrets.

The event will support the JVS Women to Work Program which empowers and encourages women who face challenges due to the death or unemployment of their spouse and have obstacles to employment, such as being out of the workforce for extended periods of time during child rearing years, arranging care for their children and often times their elderly parents, and emotional issues due to their perceived lack of experience and value to the workforce.
